Design, Development and In Vitro Evaluation of Ropinirole HCl Loaded Liposomes by Central Composite Design (Research Article)

Abstract: Counter plots and response surface curves display visual diagrammatic relationship between experimental and input variables. Optimized formulation showed EE of 92.1%, particle size 84.6 nm and invitro drug release 94.4%. This study demonstrates that statistical experimental design methodology can optimize the formulation and process variables to achieve favourable response for ropinirole HCl loaded liposomes.
