Abstract: Diabetes mellitus is some sort of disease that causes persistently elevated blood glucose. [1,2]. According to the 16th international diabetes federation (IDF) conference in 1997, diabetes could be branched into two classes: Type 1 diabetes mellitus is insulin-dependent (IDDM) in which the pancreatic islet b-cells in the human body were damaged and incapable of producing insulin or producing a small amount of insulin, this is a chronic autoimmune disorder.
