TITLE:SOLID SELF EMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS
Abstract :
The present invention relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more solubilized anti retroviral compound having improved solubility properties in a lipid vehicle or mixture thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant and an adsorbent. The compositions and dosage forms of the present invention improve the solubility of a wide range of drugs including drugs that are know or suspected of having poor solubility by the utilization of several different mechanisms.
